 LightsPredator Eyes sells a product with a red flashing light that's supposed to simulate a predator looking at the deer. Although the company has excellent customer service, I have had no luck with their lights, despite moving them every three days as instructed (which is a pain in the butt, let me tell you.) My father swears that they work when put four on a post as is shown in this picture, but using them that way would cost nearly a thousand bucks to protect my garden! In addition, a study by the University of Georgia shows that deer can't distinguish the color red --- oops. |
