Once you've found or bought all of your supplies, you're about halfway
done with the project. Assembling your tools is child's
play. You'll need:
a knife
a drill. (You can use the cheap drill which will become part of your deer deterrent if you don't have another one, but a second drill will come in handy.)
a clamp or vise
scissors
wire cutters
pliers
solder iron (optional)
